The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the application correction window for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2024 today, April 12, 2024. Candidates who have successfully registered for the medical entrance test can make changes in their NEET UG application form 2024 through the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.
Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to edit the NEET UG 2024 application form.
The NEET 2024 application correction does not require any fees. However, if changes such as modifying the category or selecting an international city impacted the application fee, candidates had to pay an additional charge. These extra fees, if applicable, were payable online via methods like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and Paytm.
In instances where a candidate switched from the General to Reserved category and had already paid an additional fee, the National Testing Agency (NTA) wouldn't refund the excess amount. “In cases where changes in Gender, Category, or PwD status affect the fee amount, candidates will be charged any excess fee accordingly. Please note that any excess payments made will not be refunded”, NTA said.
